What we collect

When you join the SiteCabin waiting list, we collect your email address and the date you joined. We don’t ask for anything else, and we don’t use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Why we collect it

We use your email address only to tell you when SiteCabin launches and how to sign up. We won’t send you other marketing, and we won’t sell or share your email address with anyone for their own use.

Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by joining the waiting list. You can withdraw it at any time (see below).

Where it is stored and who handles it

Your email address is held by these service providers, who process it on our behalf and only on our instructions:

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until we have told you SiteCabin has launched, and for no more than six months after the launch date. We then delete it, unless you have since signed up as a customer, in which case our customer privacy notice applies. If you ask us to remove you sooner, we will.

Your rights

You have the right to:

To do any of these, or to come off the waiting list, email admin@sitecabinapp.co.uk. Every email we send you will also explain how to unsubscribe. We will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first and we’ll try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
